long needed vacation
We just came back today from a little family vacatioin. What a time. We loved it. We went just about an hour north of the city. It was great to get out of the city for a few days and relax. If you want to click on the picture you should be able to see some of the other pictures we took on our vacation as well.

My dear family...
How I have loved going through your pictures! They brought back so many memories. One was of Jennifer before you ever knew us, I think. She was working at Cotton Patch (or was it still Po' Folks?), and having a really awful night. Things were going wrong and the people at the next table were.... unkind. My heart went out to you, Jenn. I'm not sure why that is such a vivid memory all of a sudden, but seeing your smile in the photos brought it all back up.
Sorry I was gone for your call Sunday. I always love to hear good news! I miss you more than I can say.
We have a few new folks in our Life Team. Can't wait for you to meet them.
I know God is blessing your work there, but it is the awareness of the body that makes me miss you and wish you back. You are, and always will be, part of me and part of us, and there will always be an empty spot when we're so far apart. Still, I'm reminded that we are one because we all take of the One Loaf, the Bread of Life.
We are praying for good health for ALL (ALL) of you. God is good.
