Retreats

Every year our team gets together for an annual strategy and planning retreat. Well this is that week. We started yesterday and I must say it was a good day. We had great discussions about vision and identity and about who we are trying to reach. It is so great to be working with such a great group of people. Sometimes retreats like this can be long and you are just waiting for them to end so you can get back to the rest of life. Yesterday was a relief though because by the time I left, while tired, I was definitely excited about where we had been and where we are going. I give God all the praise. I believe wholeheartedly that His spirit was guiding and leading us yesterday.
